How do you learn the business?
A comprehensive training course is conducted at a designated local facility.The program emphasis is on the training owners, operators and managers to run stores at peak efficiency and to get top dollar returns on their business investment. You'll learn product preparation and serving, counter etiquette, selling techniques, menu pricing, financial and personnel management, marketing, merchandising, and equipment operation and maintenance. You'll also learn how to train your store employees.With competition what it is today, you need the most up-to-date management skills available to help you maintain and improve your competitive position. So we stress ongoing in-store training for new employees and refresher courses for experienced staff members. Seminars help give owners and managers renewed enthusiasm, management skills and ideas they can really use. We also offer helpful training videos.
